Teamwork in Nature 自然界中的智慧联盟

In ecosystems, organisms collaborate to survive. They interact with each other in different ways, from sharing habitats to forming symbiotic relationships. Even two different organisms rely on each other to thrive. Our 5th graders took an adventurous ride to explore the beauty of collaboration of different living things we see in nature. Not only that! They had the opportunity to enhance their cooperation as they reviewed various key concepts that revolve around organism interactions.

在生态系统中，生物之间通过相互合作来谋求生存。从共享栖息地到组建共生关系，它们通过各种方式来共同依存。即便是两种不同的生物之间也要相互依赖，才能茁壮成长。近期，我们五年级的孩子们进行了一次冒险之旅，去探索自然中各种动物间联盟共生的美妙。不仅如此！通过参与不同的团队游戏，孩子们不仅复习了生物相互作用的重要概念，也提升了自己的合作能力。

Unleashing Team Spirit 协作共力，团队同心
Our G5 students engaged in a series of competitive activities in class. In order to earn points for their groups, they had to collaborate and rely on each other, just like how organisms depend on one another in the natural world. By exercising partnership, our students reinforced their vocabulary knowledge and deepened their understanding of symbiotic relationships. Just like how symbiosis works, each member of the team depended on one another with one goal in mind.

在我们五年级的课堂上，孩子们参与到一系列充满挑战的激烈角逐当中。为了给各自的小组赢得分数，他们必须紧密合作、相互依赖，正如自然界中的生物相互依存一样。通过这种伙伴关系，孩子们不仅巩固了词汇知识，还加深了对共生关系的理解。正如共生的原理那样，团队中的每个成员都是紧密相连彼此依赖，共同朝着一个目标奋进。

Collaboration Here and Beyond 携手此刻，并肩未来
Collaboration happens everywhere, from the animals in different ecosystems to our Reach classes. By participating in various team challenges, our students gained not only the understanding of the content but also the true meaning of teamwork. As they laughed, learned, and had friendly competitions, they learned the true value of partnership. We hope that they can carry the skills of cooperation and teamwork into their everyday lives and future studies.

合作无处不在，它不仅体现在不同生态系统中的动物之间，也深植于我们的课程之中。通过参与丰富多样的团队挑战，孩子们不仅掌握了课程内容，更在欢笑、学习与友好的竞争中，领悟到了团队合作的精髓与真谛，也深刻体会到了伙伴关系的宝贵与重要。我们由衷地希望，孩子们能够将这份合作与团队精神带入到他们的日常生活和未来的学习之中，真正让“合作无边界”的理念在他们心中生根发芽。
