This semester, BEST Preschool Education is dedicated to unlocking the innate potential of young children by implementing a range of measures to enhance teaching quality and learning experiences. Teaching is the art that fosters discovery and growth. To further enhance the skills of accompanying teachers, we have specially invited T. Mary, the head of Center for Teaching & Learning (CTL), to conduct a comprehensive and detailed training for teachers. T. Mary utilizes vivid case analysis to demonstrate effective co-teaching strategies with lead teachers, focusing on how to deliver meaningful and engaging translations tailored to the specific age group and curriculum content while gradually building children's English language abilities.

The best way to learn is by doing. During the training session, foreign teachers introduce various featured English courses to the scene for practical exercises. This application-oriented approach not only enables accompanying teachers to engage in more scientific and precise co-teaching but also enriches the learning experience for children, making it more enjoyable and effective.
