In class, our students have been fully engaged in different learning activities to enhance their understanding of animal growth. The games, chants, drawing, and acting in class made them embraced the vocabulary words related to animals and their different stages. Reading is a great way to explore the world outside the classroom. In the two science articles, “Turtles: From Eggs to Ocean” and “A Butterfly Is Born,” we discovered some fun facts about turtles and witnessed how a caterpillar grows into a butterfly! By immersing students in these texts, they developed a better comprehension of the fascinating life cycle of these creatures.

But wait, there's more! Our curious minds were not satisfied with turtles and butterflies alone. We took a closer look at the adorable animal -- penguins. Our students were captivated as they explored the penguin's life. They obviously told the class how penguins change as they grow confidently. To make their experience interactive and hands-on, our students worked joyfully with teachers to create their own Penguin’s Life Cycle crafts. Spin the wheel and describe the life cycle. It’s so much fun, isn’t it?
