Before the inspection, teachers had already collected the books and neatly placed them in the designated classrooms.

Before starting the inspection, the English Department supervisor helped teachers clarify the scope of the inspection, and re-emphasized the standards for daily workbook grading and the requirements for students to make corrections, ensuring that each teacher was well-informed and had a unified standard.

Subsequently, teachers returned to their assigned classrooms and began the meticulous inspection work. During the inspection process, teachers not only paid attention to students' writing, but also carefully examined whether there were any issues in the teachers' grading and took detailed notes of the problems found and suggestions for improvement.

随后，老师们各自回到分配好的教室，开始了细致的检查工作。在检查的过程中，老师们不但关注学生的书写情况，还仔细审查了老师在批改时是否存在问题，并详细记录了发现的问题和改进建议。
